Mrs Hebden’s Class – Sports Day

Costello Sport Centre – June 22nd 2023

We enjoyed a fantastic KS2 sports day! There was a great atmosphere and the children were excellent at being each others champion with everyone being the very best that they can be!

Mrs Hebden’s Class – Visit to Dalby Forest

What an amazing day we had on Tuesday 4th July! We went adventuring in Dalby Forest taking in so much nature, demonstrating awe and wonder from second we stepped in the minibus to the moment we arrived back at school. A wonderful day, here are some lovely images for you to enjoy!

Mrs Hebden’s class

During our social choosing time today, these boys decided to dig out an old classic and were taught how to play it. The boys developed their use of coordinates, logic and strategy to try and beat their opponent whilst playing Battleships today.

Mrs Hebden’s Class – Art

We loved the bold colours and lines used by the Scottish Artist Steven Brown and we think you may have seen some of his famous images before, like this one taken from his website.

Brandon drew some beautiful animal images and then used colour to give them a Steven Brown inspired feel. Great work Brandon!

Raphael enjoyed using bold colours to bring his wonderful elephant sketch to life. Well done Raph!

Mrs Hebden’s HUB class visit to the Aviary

We had a great afternoon at Pickering Park Aviary on Wednesday!

The Meerkats and tortoises were our favourites. We think the Meerkats enjoyed watching us just as much as we enjoyed watching them!

So many smiles, so many lovely photographs of us, enjoying each other’s company and friendship.
