Today was the Tri-Golf county finals. We had three teams present from Year 4, 5 and 6. Our children were not only representing CPPS, but the Hull in a series of golf challenges against schools from East Riding, Lincolnshire and North East Lincs. Taking place at Cottingham Park Golf Club, children worked their way through ten different challenge stations which tested their putting and chipping skills.

It was a hot, humid day and there were a few yawns coming from children (and staff!) after a scorching sports day the previous day. However, everyone had a fantastic time and we were thrilled when out Year 5 team won silver medals. This means they’re second in the Humber region! A huge well done to all involved.
