To start our Year 4 Autumn Term, the children have been utilising the Jigsaw approach to identify the skills and qualities required to work together as an effective TEAM in all areas of our learning this academic year.

Through class discussion, we shared our own opinions of the qualities we thought were vital for TEAMWORK …below are just a few of the qualities we identified:

ABILITY TO LISTEN

RESPONSIBILITY
FAIRNESS
TAKING TURNS

As a class, we will endeavour to implement and build upon these qualities throughout our learning in Year 4 this year…TEAMWORK=DREAMWORK!
