Mental health and yoga

This term Year 3 have been doing Yoga in PE and we were very proud of ourselves for remembering lots of poses we learnt in Year 2. Can you spot our tree?

As part of mental health week we talked about how Yoga can help us to clear our minds and help us to relax.

We tried lots of different breathing exercises such as box breathing and shark breaths. We all loved how calm this made us feel.
