In RE, Year 3 have been exploring the concept of leadership and the qualities an individual would require to be considered a good leader. We will be using our knowledge of the leadership qualities we have identified to explore the lives of significant faith founders, such as Jesus, Moses and Buddha so as to compare how effective they were as leaders.

Both Jacob and Archie explained that “A leader has to be good to lead people” whilst Mollie said that “A leader needs to be able to show people what to do and how to behave…like a good role model.”
