Spanish Day in F1

The F1 children have enjoyed our Spanish day. We talked about why we were wearing red and yellow and the colours of the flag. Charlie knew that you would need to go on ‘a really big air-plane’ to get there. We also practiced saying hello, goodbye and thank you in Spanish.

Windmills!

Our latest book we have been reading is Titch. We thought we’d have a go at making windmills like Titch has. They were a bit fiddly but we loved them, especially when the wind blew them around and around outside!

F1 retell Goldilocks and the Three Bears

F1 had a great time this morning, acting out the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears.  Some children took on the roles of Goldilocks, Daddy Bear, Mummy Bear and Baby Bear, whilst the rest told them what happened next in the story.

The children did brilliantly, even using different voices for their roles as the bears.  Well done!
