The children have concentrated so well whilst they have been ‘sewing’ their Christmas cards, ready to take home.  It was the first time a lot of them had used a needle.  They stayed focused on their task so well, we were very impressed.  Jacob & Ewura even managed to re-thread their needle!  Well done!

There was so much language to focus on, when we talked about pulling and pushing, and so many instructions to follow, as well as having to use their developing muscles in their hands and fingers.
