Year 5 DT – Investigate

Today, Year 5 started their new DT project – making their own loaf of bread.

We tasted different types of bread (including a white loaf, a wholemeal seeded loaf, pitta bread, naan bread, a cheese roll, a brioche bread bun and gluten free bread.

We then filled in a table, thinking about the appearance, smell, texture and taste of each bread.
